To qualify for vitamins directly from our foundation, you must fit under the following criteria:
-Live within the 50 united states
-Are diagnosed with CF
AND
You have no insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare, or do not qualify
or
You are not on an enzyme and require a vitamin
or
You receive multivitamins through a patient assistance program and need an additional vitamin to what is offered by a patient assistance program (this currently does not include probiotics)
If you do not meet criteria, we will aid you being able to get your vitamins through another source.

100%. This is no joke. Every dollar you give to our foundation does directly to the patient. All overhead costs are not paid for by CFNF. We additionally strive make your dollar stretch as far as possible to help everyone by utilizing partnerships and grants.

We require a HIPAA waiver to communicate with your care team to make sure we are providing you with the proper vitamins and supplements for you. It is also to ease sharing required documents required to access grant funding like insurance information, and understand any additional needs we can help you with.

At this time, CFNF does not accept supplement donations outside of our partnered manufacturers. We do this for the safety of the individuals we aid. However, there are programs that will accept the donation of your unopened vitamins. One of those programs is the CF Bridge of Hope. Click HERE to visit their website.

CFNF is working to advocate for vitamin and nutritional supplement resources being provided for through state and national governmental programs, spreading awareness and education of the needs of individuals with CF, and collaborating with other nonprofit organizations to find ways to support you.
